Describing how my parents expressed their doubts that I actually can't hear that they thought I could regain my hearing by dancing, watching T.V. and listening to drums.

ROFL... those hearies, they sure make me laugh when they think if ur expose to music or dance, it means u can hear, haha, hey look at Marlee Matlin, she totally deaf and she danced on "dance with star" show and she did such a wonderful job... what hearies don't understand, is we feel vibrations better then most. it is impossable to read lips on tv lol... i can't do it. oh by the way i am deaf too... yeah we are lucky to have closed captions on tv but my hearing family still complain that CC bothers them. i am enjoying ur vlogs...

LOL it is very good story. I enjoy watching your vlogs. I come from Italian family. I know what's like for them to have a dream for the deaf child to be able to hear. HA!
